Payments and Cancelations
All payments are required in full by cash or cheque at time of appointment.
If you have used our block booking system and cancel on a day of an
appointment you will not receive a refund for the session you have missed.
We do have set time limits for the block booking sessions to be used.
Time limits for block booking sessions:
Block of 3 - 1 month
Block of 6 - 3 months
Block of 10 - 6 months
Please note if you have not used all your sessions during the set time limits you will not recieve a
refund for those you have not used.
For our courses payment is required in full by cash or cheque on the first session.
Refunds are not available if any sessions are missed.
24 hours notice is required for any cancellations. After this full appointment fees apply.
GP referral
We will not offer you the GP referral scheme unless you have a signed letter or referral form from your GP.
Par Q and Medical Forms
We do require a full medical history before commencing any treatments/ personal training sessions. |
