Pilates is a form of exercise that helps you concentrate on and improve core strength and body control. It works on these principles: Alignment, Breathing, Co-ordination, Flowing Movement, Focus, Stamina and Relaxation.

 

We also run circuit classes and running groups. Please see below for our timetable:

  • Circuits 6.30pm

Wednesday’s:

6 Week courses

  • 10 am
  • 12:30pm   
  • Circuits 7pm        

 Thursday’s:

6 Week courses

  • 6:30pm
  • 7:45pm

 Friday’s:

6 Week courses

  • 6:30pm

 Saturday's:

9am Running group

10am – 11am Pilates

11:15 am – 12:15pm Pregnancy Pilates

Classes on a Saturday are rolling drop in courses
